About Me:

My name is Lorans, and I’ve been passionate about sports and fitness for most of my life. I started playing football and training with my bodyweight when I was 12. Since then, I’ve always focused on improving myself and pushing my limits. In 2018, I started my fitness journey. It wasn’t always easy, but I learned to stay disciplined and never give up. Over the years, I’ve also helped friends and people I know to follow this path. I’ve trained more than 25 people who achieved great results and were very happy with their progress. Seeing others succeed has motivated me even more to share my knowledge and experience. For me, fitness is not just about working out—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and balanced. I also believe in rewarding hard work, whether it’s through relaxing or traveling. Now, I want to help you reach your goals and show you that anything is possible with the right mindset.
